Energy & Immune Boost Green Tea Shot
1 tablespoon of matcha green tea
Juice from 1 whole lemon or lime
1/3 cup lukewarm water
1 dash of cayenne pepper
Instructions: In an 8-ounce cup or matcha bowl, add the matcha green tea, lemon or lime juice, water, and cayenne pepper. Using a stainless steel or bamboo whisk, combine all ingredients until well mixed. To create a creamy froth, mix using a zigzag motion.
Add tea mixture to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then strain the mixture into a shot glass. Drink chilled within 1 to 2 big chugs.
Antioxidant Blueberry Green Tea Shot
8 ounces of organic green tea
Handful of blueberries
2 teaspoons of honey
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Instructions: In a small mixing bowl, add the blueberries then muddle them. Then add green team, honey, and lemon juice. Whisk the mixture to combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Add tea mixture to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then strain the mixture into a shot glass. Drink chilled within 1 to 2 big chugs.
Green Tea Weight Loss Smoothie
2 green tea bags
2 cups of blueberries
12 ounces fat-free yogurt
2 tablespoons of almonds (dry, roasted and unsalted)
2 tablespoons of flax seeds
¾ cups of water
3 ice cubes
Instructions: Bring water to a boil and pour over tea bags, steeping for at least 4 minutes. Remove tea bags and chill tea overnight. Place all ingredients in a blender then set to smoothie setting. Enjoy!
Hydration & Anti-inflammatory Green Tea Shot Boost
3/4 cup coconut water
2 teaspoons of fresh-pressed ginger
1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Instructions: Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until very smooth. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve, pressing the pulp into the strainer. Discard any pulp. Chill the juice until ready to enjoy!
